1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and purchasing from LVT Peptides, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us"), you ("Purchaser") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. We operate strictly as a business-to-business (B2B) wholesaler. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use our website or purchase our products.

2. STRICTLY FOR RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY (RUO)

ALL PRODUCTS OFFERED BY LVT PEPTIDES ARE INTENDED FOR LABORATORY AND SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH USE ONLY.

Under no circumstances are our products to be used for human consumption, animal consumption, diagnostic purposes, therapeutic procedures, or any unauthorized commercial purposes. The Purchaser acknowledges that the products have not been tested by LVT Peptides for safety and efficacy in food, drug, medical device, cosmetic, or any other commercial use. Any implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose are expressly disclaimed.

3. Purchaser Responsibilities

The Purchaser represents and warrants that they are a qualified researcher, academic institution, or biotech/pharmaceutical entity. The Purchaser is solely responsible for verifying the hazards associated with the use of the products and must conduct all necessary research under strict laboratory safety protocols. LVT Peptides shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or legal repercussions arising from the misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized administration of these research chemicals.

4. Indemnification

The Purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LVT Peptides, Inc., its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of the Purchaser’s improper use of the products, breach of these Terms, or violation of any state, federal, or international laws.

5. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
